I was recently asked to contribute to a new book recommendation website called Shepherd, which was developed out frustration with the wild west/reddit vibe of GoodReads. The idea is that authors recommend five books relevant to one of their own books (in this case, The Next World: Extraordinary Experiences of the Afterlife), and write a short paragraph explaining why. All very different, but with my seal of approval! I could have chosen a lot more than five, but I'll likely do it again for my other books.
Eagle-eyed readers might notice that two of my selections are published by my imprint with White Crow, Afterworlds Press - which I hope doesn't seem cheesy. But there was a reason they were some of the first books I thought to bring back into print! https://shepherd.com/best-books/extraordinary-experiences-of-the-afterlife
